Returner & PIP package

Ideal for maternity/adoption and long-term sick returners and as PIP prevention.

Returner package includes:

  • 4 x 75-minute coaching sessions to increase confidence, support return, and improve retention

  • 90-day return plan

  • Manager briefings and resources

  • Attendance reporting

  • Online booking with evening slots

Initially run as a 5-month pilot to confirm suitability for your company.

Performance package includes: 

  • 4 x 60-minute coaching sessions to explore and address the root cause of low performance

  • Attendance reporting

  • Online booking

Coaching is conducted remotely.
