Fees

At ClarityAhead, we believe coaching should be affordable but also reflect the level of skill poured into it. Below you’ll find information on standard fees, options for support with coaching costs, and suggestions for claiming back coaching through your employer where appropriate.

Standard fees

When you embrace coaching, you're getting more than just a conversation, you're investing in focused time that's all about you, your goals, and your next steps.

 

Each action-orientated session is designed to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence, offering a mix of thought-provoking questions, practical tools, and honest support. You'll also get access to a secure personal space where your session notes, goals, and reflections are stored, so you can track your progress and stay on course between sessions.

Claim back coaching costs

Most employers provide staff with an annual Learning & Development budget, of which coaching and mentoring could be considered professional development. This means you might be able to claim the cost of coaching as a professional development expense or training reimbursement via your employer.

If you’d like help drafting a business case or you need an invoice for your claim, either Contact Us before you start coaching or mention this during your introductory coaching session and we can discuss how to approach it.

Support with coaching costs

You could be eligible for a FREE coaching introduction and £25 coaching sessions!

EmpowermentAhead is an initiative aimed at helping individuals to return to work - building their confidence to tackle the unknown and prepare for re-entering the workplace.

We recognise that money's tight when you're unemployed or living on statutory maternity pay, so we're offering reduced rates to help you access the support you need to move forward.​​​

​

For individuals that are:

​

  • Returning to work after maternity leave (from 2 months before due to return and up to 6 months into return), or

  • Actively seeking employment and have been out of work for 6+ months​

How to book

This offer is not bookable online - Contact Us with a copy of a letter from your employer or job centre and we'll arrange a free introductory coaching session with you. After which the coach will provide you with a discount code for use when booking the full coaching sessions.
