Booking & Cancellation Policy (Summary)

This is a summary of the booking and cancellation details noted in the Terms and Conditions for using services provided by ClarityAhead.
Individual coaching sessions

Sessions are 60 minutes.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance with no charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable.

6-session packages must be used within 12 months of purchase.

Unused sessions may be refunded. Used sessions will be charged at the full individual rate, and the balance refunded.
Organisational Coaching, Training & Consultancy

Cancellations:

6+ weeks before = 100% refund

3–6 weeks before = 50% refund

1 week or less = no refund

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 weeks in advance and are subject to availability.

Coaching remains confidential; only attendance is confirmed.
Workshops and Events (Open to the Public)

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations follow the same policy as above:

100% refund (6+ weeks)

50% refund (3–6 weeks)
-
No refund (1 week or less)
Payments

Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments and PayPal.
Prices are shown in GBP, and ClarityAhead reserves the right to update pricing at any time.
Where applicable, prices include VAT or indicate if VAT is not charged. If consultancy fees are to be paid by card, vendor processing fees will be added to the charge. -
Any promotional codes must be used at time of booking.
