Founder of ClarityAhead
Over the years, I’ve been drawn to work that helps people grow, not just in skills, but in clarity and confidence. Across roles in education, learning design, and professional development, I’ve supported individuals and teams to create lasting change by recognising their potential and taking ownership of their growth.
Working for over 12 years in higher education, I designed learning experiences that were both reflective and practical, including support for accredited programmes and capability-based development. This shaped my belief in the power of well-designed, values-led coaching and training to unlock meaningful progress. My qualifications in Career Guidance (Postgraduate Diploma, with distinction) and Academic Practice (PG Cert) now underpin my work as a mindset and career coach, combining theory, strategy and care in equal measure.
I founded ClarityAhead to help individuals break through internal and external barriers to success, and to develop the confidence to pursue the opportunities that truly matter to them. I’ve seen how transformative it can be when people are supported to own their development, and when organisations create the conditions that allow them to thrive.
At the heart of ClarityAhead is a belief in collaborative, human-centred learning cultures, ones where people are encouraged to take charge of their journey, and where individual growth is recognised as vital to organisational success.
