Accessibility Statement
At ClarityAhead, accessibility and inclusion are at the heart of how we work. We are committed to ensuring that our services, including coaching, learning design, and training, are accessible to individuals from a range of backgrounds, experiences, and support needs.
Website accessibility
This website is designed using Wix and includes built-in features to support accessibility. We aim to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA standard wherever possible. We regularly review the site to check contrast, layout, alt text, and screen reader compatibility using the Wix Accessibility Wizard. If you experience any issues navigating the site or would like to request content in an alternative format, please get in touch.
Inclusive Coaching and Learning Support
We welcome clients from all backgrounds and aim to create a psychologically safe and supportive environment, particularly for people who are:
-
Neurodivergent
-
Disabled or living with a long-term health condition
-
From underrepresented or marginalised communities (e.g. racialised people, LGBTQIA+ people, carers, women, older returners, etc.)
All coaching sessions are delivered remotely, either by video call or phone, to provide flexibility and remove location-based barriers. We aim to adapt our pace, structure, and approach based on client preferences and needs.
Accessible Learning and Training Delivery
All corporate training is currently delivered online or in person at client-provided venues. While ClarityAhead is responsible for designing inclusive content and facilitation methods, it is the responsibility of the host organisation to provide any additional physical or access-related adjustments at their site. Our learning materials are designed to be clear, simple, and supportive of different learning styles. For example, we:
-
Use high-contrast slides with minimal clutter
-
Supplement training with written resources or video summaries
-
Incorporate a mix of interactive activities to support engagement
Requests, issues, and suggestions
