Interactive, practical training

Great organisations don’t just invest in training, they grow capability from within. Our interactive workplace training builds practical skills for coaches, mentors, assessors and line managers, with tools that can be used from day one.

Whether you're launching an internal coaching or mentoring network, improving assessment consistency and feedback quality, or enabling line managers to coach their staff development (including performance conversations and PIP support), we'll help you build confidence and capability across your organisation.

A coaching skills trainer is standing over two learners as they conduct an active listening role play. One of the learners is speaking to the other, while the other listens intently, trying to identify the key points to address in their reflection once the speaker has finished talking.

Let's explore how ClarityAhead can help your organisation

Peek behind the curtain

Training assessors to assess

When new assessment criteria were introduced, I redesigned the training for assessors to support mindset change, improve judgement consistency, and raise feedback quality. The new approach influenced broader training practices across the organisation.

Establishing a Coaching Network

Faced with declining engagement and coach participation, I revitalised the internal coaching network by raising its visibility, supporting coach development, and implementing targeted initiatives that boosted uptake, awareness, and long-term sustainability.

Peer-led learning

Challenging assumptions about postgraduate learners, I led the development of a peer-led hybrid study skills workshop series that improved digital confidence, fostered collaboration, and gained strong engagement from both students and teachers.

Standardising team practice

Frequent learning designer staff turnover led to onboarding gaps and project delays. I created a detailed Learning Design starter pack, co-developed with the team, to streamline onboarding, improve quality, and strengthen peer learning.

Raising assessment standards

A university faced low student satisfaction due to inconsistent assessment practices. I led a project to standardise online assessment, co-developed rubrics with staff, and influenced university-wide policy and training through collaborative pilot work.

Scalable training, quality results

I created a three-part hands-on webinar series, that I later turned into a self-paced online training programme, that improved BCS Fellowship application quality, pass rates, and built a more diverse, sustainable applicant pipeline.
