Coaching is not about giving advice or telling you what to do. Instead, it’s about asking the right questions, offering support, and providing tools to help you find the answers and strategies that work for you. We believe that you are the expert in your life, and our role is to help you gain the clarity and confidence you need to move forward. We’ll work together to identify your obstacles, shift your mindset, and create actionable steps to turn your goals into reality.

How does coaching work?
Is coaching right for you?
Your coaching journey starts with a 60-minute "Introduction to coaching" session, offered at less than half the standard rate. This is an introductory session that gives you both the opportunity to find out more about coaching and get a taster of it.

In the first half of the session, we'll set the stage for our work together. Our coach will explain how coaching works, answer any questions you have, and cover key expectations around confidentiality, session frequency, and boundaries. It’s also a chance to discuss any practicalities outlined in the Service Charter or Terms & Conditions, so you know exactly what to expect.

In the second half, you'll experience coaching in action. We’ll explore your reasons for seeking coaching and identify the initial goal you’d like to work toward.
By the end, you’ll have a clear sense of whether coaching feels right for you.
