At ClarityAhead, we are committed to delivering respectful, inclusive and professional services to all clients, whether you're an individual seeking coaching or an organisation commissioning training, workshops or consultancy.

What You Can Expect from Me
  • Respectful, inclusive, and non-judgemental communication

  • A confidential service, with clear boundaries (see Data Privacy Policy for exceptions)

  • Reliable communication – we aim to respond to all messages within 2 working days

  • Clear expectations and boundaries at the outset of our work

  • A commitment to your growth, clarity and confidence through professional, ethical practice

What I Ask of Clients
  • Attend sessions on time and come prepared to engage

  • Communicate any changes (to availability, needs or concerns) as early as possible

  • Respect the coaching process by taking ownership of your choices, actions and outcomes

  • Engage in good faith, whether attending individually or as part of an organisation

Working with Organisations

When working with organisational clients, I will:

  • Deliver services in line with agreed goals and schedules

  • Keep coachee discussions confidential. We may confirm attendance or share high-level themes, but never personal details

  • Communicate clearly and promptly with stakeholders

  • Provide materials and frameworks responsibly, with appropriate permissions

Resolving Concerns or Disagreements

We aim to resolve any concerns fairly, respectfully, and informally wherever possible.
If you’re unhappy with a service, please contact us directly. Here’s what you can expect:

  1. Initial response within 2 working days

  2. Informal discussion to understand the issue and explore solutions

  3. If needed, a formal written response within 10 working days, outlining findings and next steps

  4. In rare cases where agreement can’t be reached, we may propose an independent mediator or third-party review (particularly for organisational clients)

The aim throughout is to resolve concerns transparently, without blame, and in line with the commitments above.
