Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ClarityAhead website and all services provided by ClarityAhead, including coaching sessions, packages, workshops, training programmes, and downloadable resources. By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Use of Services

ClarityAhead services are available to individuals aged 18 or over. By booking a service, you confirm you meet this requirement. You agree not to use the site or services for any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate purpose.

ClarityAhead reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is suspected.

2. Coaching Services – Individual Clients

All coaching sessions are conducted in a confidential and supportive environment.
Exceptions to confidentiality include situations where there is a concern for your safety or the safety of others.

Sessions last up to 60 minutes, depending on the service booked.
The 6-session coaching package must be used within 12 months of purchase. Unused sessions beyond this timeframe are forfeited.

Coaching is a reflective and future-oriented process. You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from coaching.

Please note: Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice.

3. Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds – Individuals

You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable.

The 6-session package is refundable for unused sessions only. The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the used sessions at the standard session rate from the cost of the 6-session package, and any remaining balance refunded accordingly.

4. Coaching Services – Organisations

Coaching for employees remains confidential. ClarityAhead may confirm attendance but will not disclose session content.

All training materials, slides, and frameworks are the intellectual property of ClarityAhead.
Organisations may share materials internally with those directly involved, but wider use or adaptation requires prior written permission.

5. Training and Workshop Bookings – Cancellation Policy

By organisations or public attendees:

  • 100% refund if cancelled 6+ weeks before the scheduled date

  • 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 weeks before

  • No refund if cancelled 2 weeks or less before

If ClarityAhead cancels or reschedules due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, technical failure), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

6. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on the ClarityAhead website—including text, images, downloadable files, course content, and blog posts—is the intellectual property of ClarityAhead or its licensors.

Materials may be downloaded for personal, non-commercial development only.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of this website or materials without prior written consent.

7. Payments and Bookings

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments and PayPal.

Prices are shown in GBP, and ClarityAhead reserves the right to update pricing at any time.
Where applicable, prices include VAT or indicate if VAT is not charged.

8. Changes to Services

ClarityAhead reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services or features at any time.
Any changes to services or pricing will be clearly communicated and will not affect bookings already confirmed.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

ClarityAhead services are provided “as is” and without any guarantees or warranties as to results or outcomes.
We do not guarantee specific success from coaching, workshops, or other services.

You acknowledge that any decisions or actions you take are solely your responsibility.

To the extent permitted by law, ClarityAhead disclaims all warranties, express or implied, related to the services or website.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClarityAhead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of services or this website.

Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

11. Termination and Account Suspension

ClarityAhead reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user’s access to the site or services for breach of these Terms, abuse of the booking system, or inappropriate conduct.

If terminated, any prepaid but unused services may be refunded at ClarityAhead’s discretion.

12. Resources and Materials

Some resources may be made available for download. These are free for personal development only and may not be sold or used for commercial purposes.

Organisational training documents are not to be repurposed, distributed, or adapted without permission.

Publicly available blog posts and articles may be shared freely with appropriate credit.

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you’re dissatisfied with any service, please contact ClarityAhead directly via info@givemeclarity.com. We aim to resolve concerns informally and fairly within 10 working days.

If a formal resolution is needed, this will be guided by the commitments in our service charter.
We may suggest mediation before pursuing legal action.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

ClarityAhead respects your privacy. Your data is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Data Privacy Policy and any written agreements specific to services you purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and ClarityAhead. They supersede any prior agreements or communications.
