The foundations of ClarityAhead
I’ve spent over 12 years in higher education, learning design, and professional development, helping individuals and teams build skills and self confidence. With qualifications in Career Guidance (PG Dip) and Academic Practice (PG Cert), I blend theory, strategy, and care to create coaching and training that’s both reflective and practical.
I founded ClarityAhead to help people break through internal and external barriers, take ownership of their development, and pursue opportunities that genuinely matter to them, while supporting organisations to build human-centred learning cultures where individual growth and organisational success go hand in hand.
