The day rates below are indicative of the cost of different types of work conducted under the service banners offered by ClarityAhead. The final price will depend on project scope, duration, deliverables, and sector-specific procurement processes.
Please note, travel and accommodation (if required) are charged at cost.
Day and package rates
All rates are outside IR35, exclusive of VAT and expenses, and based on a standard professional day (7.5 hours). Coaching and skills assessment services are priced as packages.

Coaching
Ongoing coaching as and when required by staff (up to 6 sessions pp).
Returner package - min 4 sessions pp. Includes manager briefings and return planning.
PIP prevention package - min 2 sessions pp. Includes manager briefings.
Operational wrapper included for all to support implementation and ongoing reporting.

Coaching skills for managers, Coaching foundations, and Assessment good practice.

Skills Needs Assessment (Discovery and Research)
E.g. typically includes focus groups, interviews, workshop facilitation, and thematic reporting. Package rate will vary based on number and types of discovery approaches required.

Accreditation and Capability Framework Design
This rate applies to the design and set-up of accreditation offerings and internal compentency frameworks. E.g. light project management, criteria design, assessor training, document creation/completion

Learning Design
If mentoring of learning designers or SMEs is required, this will be calculated similar to the coaching package rate

Coaching & Mentoring Network Set-Up
E.g. co-design of network structure, internal promotion, and embedment in business processes, and coach training
